Weaving Unit:
UTS weaving unit is equipped with Toyota Japan Power Looms, these are best Looms for producing quality fabric required for manufacturing of tents & other allied products. 
UTS weaving units is producing different qualities of fabric like Canvas in-plain, dosouti & rip stop weave. UTS is also capable of producing fabrics like DOBBIES, TWILL, DRILL ETC used in manufacturing of shoes & kit bags. 

Dyeing & Waterproofing:
UTS dyeing & waterproofing unit is one of the best indigenous Dyeing Unit, with adequate manufacturing capacity to meet the customer requirement of quick supplies. The unit is well equipped with facilities of rot proofing and fire retardant treatments. UTS Dyeing is equipped with Dyeing Plant (For Waterproofing), Dryer Plant, Jigger (For Dyeing) & Padding Machines with the production capacity of 9,000 – 10,000 Meters per day. 

Tent manufacturing Unit:
UTS tent manufacturing unit is the backbone of the company; our tent unit is one of the paramount units in Asia with all sort of manufacturing facilities. We have as strong line of production on our tent-manufacturing unit have sections like cutting, paneling, framing, stitching, cobbling & packing. We have high-speed JUKI machines, which gratify The 

URGENT demands of our valued customers through out the world. We have our own Rope manufacturing unit where best quality rope is manufactured. The requirement of Poles for the tents is also full filled by in-house production facility. We have our own Lathe machine, shaper, drill machine, press, and welding plant & polish tanks for manufacturing of Poles both (Bamboo & Iron). These in-house facilities made it possible to meet the urgent demand of our valued customer. UTS Tent Manufacturing unit have production capacity of 400-500 Refugee Tents per day.
